Acknowledging and unacknowledging documents

Accept or reject documents with appropriate comments. You can also unacknowledge documents that you acknowledged before.

Prerequisites

To acknowledge or unacknowledge documents, you must have the View permission for the Documents parameter. For more information about permissions and parameters, see Role management.

When selecting all documents, you must apply at least one filter to acknowledge or unacknowledge documents.

  1. On the Documents page, select the documents, click the vertical ellipsis button (), and then click Acknowledge or Unacknowledge.
  2. For acknowledging, select the acknowledgement status as Accepted or Rejected.
  3. Enter your comments and click Submit.
    If you click a document row, you can view the acknowledgement history and comments under Document info pane. For more information, see Viewing document information.
