Marking your documents

Mark your documents with actions such as Done, In Progress, Not Needed, or Pending to identify and track your work.

Prerequisites

Make sure the Action column is visible on the documents table. On the documents page, click the vertical ellipsis button, click Show columns, and then select Action.

You can add status only to inbound business documents.

About this task

Add status to the documents you have worked on using the Action option. The status of the marked documents will be visible under the Action column.

If you send a reply to a document using the Turnarounds option, the status of the parent document is marked automatically as Done (Auto).

Procedure

  1. Log in to the EDX application and navigate to Documents Inbox.
  2. Select the business documents you want to mark, click the vertical ellipsis button, and click Action.
  3. In the Change action status dialog, select the status you want to apply and click OK.
    Note: The status of automatically marked documents cannot be changed manually.
