Audit logging

View the user and document activity logs from the Audit logs page.

EDX creates and maintains logs of the following user and document activities:
  • Users are created, updated, or deleted.
  • Groups are created, updated, or deleted.
  • Roles are created, modified, or deleted.
  • Documents are read, unread, acknowledged, or unacknowledged.
  • Users log in or log out.
  • Documents are sent, turnaround, reprocessed, or resend.
  • Cross-reference data is created, updated, published, or deleted.
  • MFT configurations are created, updated, or deleted.
  • Documents are uploaded, published, or received via MFT.

To view the audit logs, navigate to AdminAudit log. You can sort or filter the log entries. You can click Export to CSV to export the logs in CSV format. The CSV log file contains additional details such as old values and modified values in case of update operations. If you apply filters, only the filtered records are exported.
